How best to help a new ABNB host get started (in Costa Rica)?

We've been AirBnB hosts here in Costa Rica for a little over a year. A Tico neighbor has a great space I've urged him to set up, but I'm wondering if there are any community tips on how to get him started? I presume AirBnB has Spanish-speaking support people to get him going and I can help with the listing copy, photos, etc. Or would it be better to act as a co-host (never done that), and put the listing on my page instead? I presume also that AirBnB can handle payments via a local bank (mine's via my U.S. bank, so don't know how it works locally).
