How can a guest reverse a cancellation?

I had a guest make a booking, then cancelling a week prior to check in, and after explaining the cancellation policy decided to keep the booking. Can the cancellation be reversed?

The guest would have to contact Airbnb support.  There is no way for a host (or even the guest) to reverse the process once the cancellation is complete.

They would have to re-book.

You can waive your cancellation policy and give them a full refund less the non-refundable airbnb charges once they have booked again.

I did it this way once for someone who cancelled by mistake.
