How can i boost my Property.

Good Day

Try as i may i am unable to get an email address to correspond with anyone at Airbnb.

I am wondering on how to boost my property to get more bookings? I get 80% of my bookings through Bookings.com and have a 9 out of 10 rating.

I would love to get more through Airbnb and would like to know how to boost the listing in order to get more views and bookings?

Please could you let me know?

We have discussed the topic of getting more bookings here, in this forum before, @Avi18. The main factors are: Instant Booking, pricing, location, good reviews on Airbnb, availability and some others.
