How do I contact airbnb - coupon code not working

Hi, I'm trying to contact airbnb but haven't been successful through the website to find a way to message them.  I received a coupon code from them for being a superhost - which is generous and am keen to use it to book accomodation.  When I add it to my booking and click apply nothing happens.  I would like to make use of this $100 coupon but need to contact airbnb to ask why its not working.  Can anyone shed any light on this?  I also find it unsettling I can no longer find a way to contact airbnb.  Help please.
