How do you decline a reservation?

How do you decline a reservation?

I've tried 3 times now. I'm

1) Going to my dashboard

2) Clicking on the Pending Inquiry

3) Clicking on "decline"

4) Clicking on "decline" again

5) It allows me to write a message, which I did. But when I click on Send Message, nothing happens.

 

What am I missing?

Lovely to meet you. I am sorry to hear you are having this problem, as there are a few other hosts reporting a similar issue with this button it sounds like a glitch/bug. Here is the link to another thread. I wonder if you might be able to let me know which browser you are using /are you using the app, whether the problem is for every enquiry, when did this started occuring? Then I can provide more information to the team to investigate further.
