How to prevent same day check out and check in reservations?

Due to long cleaning up period I need to prevent another booking on the same day when another guest checks out and checking out on the same day when already booked guest checks in.

At the same time I don't want entire day to be blocked on my calendar (preparation time option).

Is it possible?

@Victor12 I'm not sure I understand your question - you can either block off a day, or not.... I handle it in the following way.

Checkout is 11 am - checkin is 5 pm (a bit later than most).  That gives me 6 hours to do the cleaning (I actually have someone else come in and do it, so that window is large enough to do what usually takes about 2 hours).  You could extend it, too, make your checkout 10 am, and checkin 6 pm - that gives you 8 hours.   You will get a lot of requests to checkin early - I usually agree to it if the unit is empty the previous night. 

Setting aside a whole day seemed to be too much to lose, especially since many of my bookings are 2-3 nights - I would lose about 8-10 days a month!
