How do I report to Airbnb that a guest did not show up?

I've had a no show guest before and I was pretty worried. I finally contacted Airbnb about midnight to see if they had an alternate means of communicating with the guest, as I couldn't get through on their phone number and no replies to email. Airbnb did finally contact the guest who simply changed their mind and stayed with a friend, but didn't think it was a big deal to not let me know, as the room had been paid for.
