I can not reply to [email protected]

I´ve recieved a mail from [email protected], where mr. Alan write to me:
"To reach me, the easiest way is to reply here, and I will be able to receive your message."

but when I reply to sender email ([email protected]) I got reply it is not possible to send it there.

and there is no reply button 😕

did i missed something?

When ever I respond to my guests the  line is @guest.airbnb.com respond not [email protected]
