@Lynn-and-John0 I've noticed a lot of changes with the website (again!) and I've also been having trouble doing basic things that used to be easy. Very frustrating and annoying. I would try using a different browser or use a lap-top or desk-top or your ABB phone app to try to do the unblock, i.e., use something different than what you are currently using. Or try signing in again from an private / incognito browser. Or, try clearing your cookies and reload and then try again. Or, call ABB and see if they can unblock the dates on their end, and if they also can't, maybe they can tell you why.
