I dont recieve requests

Good Day 

Our listing is on the website , if i go on another profile on another computer , i can see it , but when i send a request from the other profile we dont seem to recieve it. 

It is not the first time i am writing about this, i have followed all the steps

Our email, adress and telephone number is correct. 

we have send our banking details and ID as requested , the guy phoned me and went trough the steps but it still doesnt seem to work

Please help me resolve this issue once and for all , as from our part everything is done and ready like it is suppose to be
