I had dates blocked on my calendar however still got a reservation?
This is a software glitch and happens from time to time. If you cannot accomodate the guests, tell them what has happened. Then you should contact airbnb and let them assist you cancel the reservation.
How do I contact AirBnb? Have been searching for a way and came accross this forum. Thanks for your help
@Sally268 to contact AirBnB, go to your Help page and scroll down.
Near the bottom right is a "Contact us" button.
When you see the list of topics, just choose "Something else".
There will be options to communicate by Messaging or by Phone.

Sometimes updating rates that involves parts of the calendar that are blocked can make them unblock, I got caught by that one!!
