I think I just gave up some money. What is the best way to refund guest?
Through the resolution center, I just gave a significant refund to guest for a problem.
Now I wonder if it was foolish to use the resolution center.
If I had chosen to "change" the price of the reservation, would the guest than also receive Airbnb's cut and the tax bite due to an adjusted price? Would there be a way to calculate what the guest would receive?
