I want to offer a refund to my guest after he cancelled but I want to make sure it won't affect me

A guest cancelled his reservation because, according to him, of medical problems and therefore not being able to travel.  I want to give him his money back but I want to make sure it won't affect my account in any negative way.  Can someone please advise.

An extenuating circumstance, guest needs to contact ABB and they will refund eveything including their booking fee.

I agree.

 

Refer your guest to BNB - if he can't travel because of illness - he will be able to claim under extenuating circumstances - once he provides appropriate paperwork.
