I was paid the incorrect amount

Hi there,

I can't seem to find any details to contact Airbnb directly which is a little concerning...

I was notified that I'd receive R1841.00 for a recent stay, however I've just checked my account and only R1741.00 was transferred in.

Who do I get hold of to rectify this?

Hi ,

You need to check whether your fee was deducted from the amount.

The best way to contact airbnb is via Facebook. They will respondier immediately .

Hi Aimee,

Were you able to contact Airbnb?  I too now have the same problem of being paid out less than promised.  If your problem was resolved, please advise me of the steps you took.
