IB : 3 penalty free cancellations ? Anyone have a link to this policy/article?

Hi,  I have been trying to find this "3-penalty free cancellation policy for IB" that many hosts talk about. I clicked the link on the IB page that says " If you feel like you're ever uncomfortable with your guests’ behavior, you can cancel penalty-free."   But that goes to host cancellation penalties and not to a special IB related penalties page and there is nothing about a 3 time penalty-free IB cancellation.

If I click from the email about IB ranking you higher  to "penalty-free cancellations" there is also nothing about this "3-time penalty free cancellation"

Anyone have the link?   Must be somewhere as so many people cite it as somewhat of a protection if doing IB.

Hi Ange,

I noticed few months back it was written on airbnb website that IB host has 3 times to cancel per year but they revised the policy recently on the website, yet I cant confirm about the 3 times free cancelation. You can tweet them to ask for details.
