IS AIRBNB BIAS TOWARDS GUESTS?

If youve ever tried to remove a bad review from a guest its almost impossible.

 

ie A guest tries to cancel booking midway through then realise they have to pay and then start suddenly discovering problems.

Problems that didnt exist only the day before when they said everything is great. Nope Airbnb wont remove their bad review.

 

However when I had an apalling guest get stoned , drunk and trask my apartment leaving half eaten pizzas all over the floor,

drugs, booze bottles everywhere, ashes etc AIRBNB WONT ALLOW my negative review to appear to the new comers profile.

I wasnt rude or personal just facts. Airbnb had seen the pics and actually paid me extra money for the cleaning.

 

When I asked why in writing, they wont reply. They never disputed any aspect of my account of what happened.

 

I believe they dont like upsetting guests as they are potential new customers $$

 

V unethical and bias. Any similar experiences or am I alone on this??

Trick seems to be to get the balance where the message is conveyed without getting too much into details. 

 

Obviously a guest has the advantage of cancelling their account and starting again with a clean slate.
