Income potential in Galveston, TX

Good afternoon everyone,

I currently own a beach house in the Palm Beach subdivision in Galveston, TX.  I'm looking to purchase another one, but I am having a few issues.  The lender is requiring information on other rental properties in the area.  I gave them the one I currently own, but they would like more.  Is there such an option on Airbnb?  Perhaps a report that shows income potential or historic income in that area?

A local property manager may give you an idea, based on the specific home you're interested in if you were to put it on their rental program.
