Hi All!

 

Is anyone out there doing check-in and check-out inspection reports with their guests to track wear and tear?

I try to make a point of checking out guests and doing a quick eye-ball look around the house to see if I spot anything broken or missing. If I notice anything major after the guest has left, I message them right away.  So far, so good.
