Good afternoon! My guest arrived yesterday and she didn't check in. I spoke to her and she told me she doesn't know how to do that....

 

In order to receive my payment, she has to check in, am I right?

 

Can someone please guide me through the process so I can guide her?

@Juliana, you and your guest don't have to do anything. There is no special process, the same for check-out. There is only specific process if something wrong happen. So don't worry, you will be paid.
