Instant book settings: Pre-book message

Can someone explain to me when this message is being send to the guest? I do not see it in the message history. 

 

Do you have tips of what to say in this message?

They receive this message after they book.  I do not think your message shows up in the message history but their response does.  This is what I have: 

We hope you enjoy your stay in Edmonton.
Are you traveling for work or vacation?
What time do you plan on arriving?
How can we make your stay more enjoyable and do you have any special requests?
