Insurance Reccomendations in US

I am a dual property home owner in which I rent both homes full time as short term vacation rentals.  I've done my homework and made calls and most major insurance companies will not insure me for these types of rentals.  I have received a quote from cbiz insurance which seemed somewhat reasonable.  Does anyone have any experience with these folks and do any of you have further recommendations for full time vacation properties that do not cost an exorbitant amount in comparison to regular homeowners insurance?

Do you have regular homeowners insurance?  If so it is usually very inexpensive to add a second home and have it noted as both self use and as a rental.
