Invalid booking date - help

Hello! I am a newer host and have a current occupant. When I look under the payout tab it is not showing record of the occupants stay. Instead at the bottom it has this occupants stay listed as an invalid date. Will I still get paid for this stay? How do I fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the exact same problem. Have been speaking with airbnb for 5 days and have got no where and no pay out. I have a new guest in a different property and am terrified the same will happen.

Certainly has not been 24hr after check in pay out for me. 

Thinking of cancelling all future bookings and advertising else where if I do not get paid for these two. Total owed is around 2000e 

How, are get paid after that? i had same problem with you guys. Can somene tell me how to fix this?

I hope this has been resolved and you are all good, curious to know. I have had my first guest in for a full week, it shows as an "upcoming" payout but have not seen any funds. How did you make out?
