Is it required for guests to name "all guests" who plan to stay in my home?

I would like to get a list of the names of all guests who plan to stay in my home, is that possible?

You can ask them. Mention it on your listing.

Sure.  When you're messaging with your guest, let them know you require names of all guests.

@Andy76 I think this is a great idea and see no problems in doing so.

@Andy76:  I agree with the other posters, I would encourage you to ask guests.  In my case the name, age, and relationship of all guests are required by my local laws.  I include this requirement on my listing.  Once booked I have the guest send me the info which I take and incorporate into the Certificate of Occupancy.  No one has seemed bothered by it and all have easily provided the info.  Maybe because its the law in my area.
