Is there a way to link multiple accounts?

I had an account that I created years ago, and has a credit on there. Is there any way I can cancel that account and transfer the credit over to my current (and active) account?

Hi @Nix0,

You should contact Airbnb since it is against their terms and conditions to have two accounts. They may be able to transfer it but they are pretty sticky about credits.

I'd totally forgotten about the old one and I've never travelled on it.

Hello @Thomas1178,

Log in and click on your profile photo at the top right of the page and select "Account settings" from the menu.

Then click on "Settings" on the left hand side. Then scroll down to the end of the page and click the red "Deactivate my account" button.
