Like other posts, we too are unable to leave a review for our recent guest. However, that is not our primary concern. We understand that occasionally technical glitches will happen for any service with as many variables as airbnb. Nevertheless, it concerns us more that airbnb has made it nearly impossible for hosts to contact a customer service agent to discuss an issue. The process is so obtuse and circular, just like so many other online sites. But airbnb hosts ARE the revenue stream for airbnb.com and we constantly hear from airbnb how valued we are. Why not make it a bit easier for hosts to contact customer service?
