Leaving a reveiw

1. Recent Guests ( left last week) who were great but I did not receive the normal mail from airbnb reminding me to leave a reveiw for them. How can I leave the reveiw ( new to this but havent encountered this before

I have had the same problem, seven bookings have gone by with no request from Airbnb to write a reveiw also cannot enter a reveiw as window says `you have no reveiws to do', also guests have not left any, I presume they have been blooked out as well.

Now I am at the 14 day expiry period and loosing good reveiws of some guests 

Any suggestions on how to address this issue

Hi Joy ,

i am going to ask my guest if he has received a prompt and let him know I would love to write a review on him as he was such a great guest. Will wait to see what his response is.
