I would like some advice please on how to handle these guests - they have removed the queen sheets and mattresses protector from the bed and given them to a relative to be cleaned as they claim that the female guest soiled the linen with her monthly periods and was too embrassed to tell me. The linen was removed without my permission or knowledge. I would never have been told unless I asked where the male guest was. They replaced the linen with some from a relative but I have not been told where my linen has been taken, when it will be returned and who is cleaning it. I am becoming concerned as the guests claim they will be leaving early and not staying the full booked time. Up til now our relationship has been cordial and friendly. How do I proceed from here? I am a newbie AirBnB host. thank you for your advice.
