Listing is not showing up?

We don't currently see our condo (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/893737?preview) in search listings, except in cases when we put dates in. Our "stats" say that our posting has been viewed 2-5 times this month (which seems very low). 

We've called AirBnB customer service twice. Both times the agent hasn't been able to find our listing and has promised that someone will get back to us. (Nope). 

We're not sure what we're doing wrong. We do require a 30 day minimum stay, but we always have.

Questions:

Can you see our listing when searching by our town (Sunnyvale CA) or zip code (94086)? 

If not, do you know why we are not be seeing our listing, when we search without a date?

I searched for your listing by city and did not see it on the first 7 pages.  It could be on the 8th page but I did not keep looking.
