Listing not appearing in search results

my prop is available, min 3 night stay, no "boooking must start on x day" setting but it does not appear in searches for avail days that meet criteria?

any help greatly appreciated.

I had no problem finding it when I searched, with instant booking off, for the dates 4th to 6th of December.

Could it be that you searched with instant booking turned on for the search?

I think that Airbnb searches have instant booking turned on by default so only listings where the hosts allow instant booking would show up.

Hi Steve thank you very much for helping. I too can find it for December, just not for January... It's so strange
We do allow instant book.
I searched Shoreham Vic from 22-26th Jan but it's still not appearing...
This is prime booking time during summer holidays too - do you know how o can get directly I touch w Airbnb?
