Listing not showing

Hi

So another standard listing not showing post: I've just joined airbnb and have completed my listing. Its been live over a week and I've had less that 2 views a day (which I think are me).

When you search my area, there is no way of getting my listing to show - I can try with filters, or just searching the specific area I am in, yet I never show.

I've fully completed my listing, added lots of photos, instant book on etc, but still nothing. I'm ready to respond quickly to any queries, but no-one can find my page to query anything!

Can anyone give me some advice as to why I'm not showing? Is there a way I can improve my profile? My listing ID is 16068152.

I did a search just now for Camberwell London for the dates 18th to 21st of December.

Your listing showed in the second line of photos on the first page as seen in the screenshot below.

It also showed in the same way when I did a search for london and moved the map to show Camberwell.

You don't have instant book on your listing but Airbnb default search is for instant book listings. Did you search with instant book turned on in your search by any chance?

Thanks for looking into my listing. It should be showing that instant book is turned on - I have it turned on in the listing manager (booking >  Who can book instantly) and with the additional requirements of government ID and recommendations from other guests.

Would the additional requirements mean that it isn't counted as instant book or do I need to turn it on elsewhere?

Hello @TimAndDaniel0,

If you have "Guests who meet your requirements and agree to your rules" checked in the "Who can book instantly" section and the "Recommendations" and "ID" boxes checked that is enough so that instant book should be turned on.

As you can see from the screenshot, instant book isn't showing for some reason. There should be a little yellow lightning bolt on the listing photo and on the price flag on the map.

In the "booking" section if you click "View listing", to see your own listing, does it show the lightning bolt beside the price above the "check in" and "check out" boxes?

If not, then contact Airbnb. They should be glad to help as they're encouraging as many hosts as possible to use instant book.

I've checked it and instant book is definately on, so I'll contact airbnb and ask them like you suggest.
