I would like to know why the price shown on the listing I have is not showing what the rate per night is. The property is listed as 185 and shows this on the calendar but the rate on the listing page at the top right is showing 170.
I have tried altering the rate at the Edit Pricing section but the rate at the start of the listing does not change. Is there another area to alter the rate that appears at the front of the listing at the top right
Hi, I would like to add my question to this conversation as it is relevant: there is a house with a listing price of $69. I thought that was odd, so I went in to look at actual booking prices and the rate to book is actually $160! How can they do that? Looks like deceptive pricing.
@Catherine577 You need to put in dates to get accurate pricing. Various seasons, local events, affect the pricing. When you do not have dates put in AirBnB shows the lowest price available for the place. Also if someone charges more for guests over a certain amount you will not see that price unless you have filled in the guest count.
@Letti0 hi, I didn't put in any number for quests, so it wouldn't account for that. So someone can have a low-ball price for ONE night & the listing would always reflect that low price?
