Hi All,
I understand that you can set up discount for weekly / monthly stay. But I was wondering, is it possible to set up "negative" discount? What I mean is, I prefer to have short term guests (one week or two), but if someone would like to stay for a month or more, I am happy to do so but I would like to increase and not decrease the price. Is this possible??
Thanks heaps.
Jana
This may not fully address your intention, but in addition to specifying a Minimum Stay you can also set a Maximum Stay. If you really don't want people staying more than, say, two weeks, set a 14-day max. To set this, go into the Calendar view. Then click Availability Settings near the upper right. A little way down, you'll see fields where you can set Min/Max stays.
If you find this helpful, consider clicking on the Thumbs-Up button near the lower right. Thanks!
Thanks Dede for reply. I prefer short term guests, but if somone wants to stay for a month I would say "yes" if they pay more. At the moment, they pay exactly the same or I can give them discount (what I do not want to do). It is probably not possible to do. Cheers.

I was looking to do the same thing and landed here. I am also happy to entertain longer booking, but only if the guests are prepared to pay a higher rate. Any idea how one proposes changes to the development team?
Hi,
I have had several requests now for long term stays, e.g. up to 3 months. I would like to know if anybody has had some problems with longer stays in any way.
Most everybody asks for a reduction in price when requesting a longer stay. It seems crazy though because there are more bills to pay too which normally we don't charge for.
I would welcome anybody's thoughts on the matter.
The problem I see, and I prefer 1 week max stays, is that people could just book multiple one weeks stays. I can see whay ABB have not this as an option.
