Look for a cohost near Canada Water, London

Hello, we are looking for an experienced cohost for our 2-bedroom flat in London. The flat is near Canada Water.

We would like to choose our own guests, manage the listing by ourselves. We live in the flat most of the time, and will only rent out when we're away.

We would like the cohost to help with checking in guests, contacting the cleaning company in advance to make sure the flat is clean for guests, and making sure the flat is in good order. We may need the cohost to communicate with the guests if we're away.

Given our needs, most commission-fee mode of airbnb management does not work for us.
