Looking for co-host in Ørestad, Copenhagen

I am looking for someone to hand over keys to our apartment and receive them from guests (if you live nearby, they can drop them off in your mailbox), as well as checking that the apartment looks ok. We would have someone else clean the apartment, so we would only require a minimum of offort from the co-host. We would be willing to either pay an appropriate percentage of our rental income or perform a similar service if you rent out your apartment on AirBnB.
