Better the pictures. The exposition and colors are ok. However you should shot without inclining the camera. Do not take picture aiming the ground. Aim to the walls in right angle. Shoot with the camera at 1,65 m high.
My 2 cents.
I hope other hosts give you more advices.

Your listing looks bright and clean & your reviews are great so you are doing things right, the newest listings do seem to be put at the top of the list so any slowdown could be caused by that factor.

I don't know your market but guest feedback calls you a great value so I certainly wouldn't recommend you lower your prices.  ( weirdly enough sometimes raising prices 5-10$ is said to increase bookings)

Have you considered adding some color to the space?  Thrift stores and moving sales can be a great source for cheap & unique items.  A few colorful things would add a little pop to the place for little cash, the picture taking advice from J Renato is spot on, the best thing about digital for non pros is we can take 100 pictures to get a couple decent ones without spending a mint on film. I regularly tweak the order of the pix on my listing as making changes is supposed to bump up your visibility. If I was visiting your area I'd want to book your place! Good luck, Sally
