I recently lost superhost status after being so for over a year and a half. But my notification from AirBnB about the status change was very vague. How can I find the specific issue that caused me to lose my status without pouring through my site/revies/progress tab?
@Eddie33 The progress tab is where you can see what you need to work on in order to get your status back. Are all the criteria met when you check it? If they are you should contact Airbnb and see what the problem is.
@Eddie33 There were only 5 criteria to get Superhost, all listed under Progress>Opportunities>Superhost. (they have removed the Review % criteria now, so there will be 4 for the next assessment period). It takes about a minute to look at it, so I'm not sure what you mean by "pore over" it. Just make sure you change the assessment period that's at the top to the one that just ended, to see where you fell short.
