Lost message conversations

I've been off and on the site all day answering requests and fine-tuning my listing.  I just went back on to answer a guest's question, and suddenly there are NO message conversations with ANY of my guests!  They show up  in the list of messages, but when I tap on any of them, only the guest photo and info in the sidebar shows up, no messages at all.  Yikes!  There are lots of details in those messages!  What has happened to them?!

@Barbara79 What kind of device are you using?  Are you using an app?  If so, refresh the cache and / or uninstall and reinstall the app.  

Apps are notoriously glitchy and require maintenance.  If this doesn't work, contact Airbnb for more instructions. Here's how:

I only use my laptop with Google Chrome and haven't had any of the problems people compain of when using apps.  🙂

exactly the same thing has happened to me only I have the chaos of various people trying to book at the same time and everything has disappeared... I don't understand what I'm suppose to do and meanwhile the clock is ticking! Please advise.
