Low listing appeal

Can somebody tell me how I get better listing appeal ? I have had 200 views and no bookings. My price seems to be in the right range. New house sleeps 14 people. For $680 to $1000 per night.

May I suggest that you also offer individual rooms? It helps to get the ball roling. At the same time, it is not that often that you get 14 people wanting to stay

Hi there 

I just looked at your listing and could suggest a few things. 

Firstly, I couldn't book just a single night. 

Secondly, it's the same price regardless of how many people is staying. 

This means for the 10-12th Nov, 1 lonely person would pay £893.81 for the 2 nights and 14 people would also pay £893.81 for the 2 nights.  

Sorry I don't know the conversion rate but it works out to be very expensive. Maybe have a minimum base price for 6 people and increase the price per person up to 14 to cover the extra people. 

Listing looks great tho, and reviews are all good as well!
