My reservation date for the stay is on 20th January 2016 for 15 days and for some medical issue, I need to re-schedule my travel date to March, the re-schedule request was sent on 14th January 2016. The hosting policy is "Strict" which is 50% refund up to until 1 week prior to arrival, how does it work?
The host rejected my request and said the whole month of March is fully booked which is not true as I checked it with different user ID, my desire date is still available. And he suggested me to send another cancellation request to him. Please help to resolve it.
