Making Payment by PalPal in Australia

Hello, I'm a host and receive payments via paypal, and did have a setting where I paid for stays via Paypal, but don't know why its changed and I can't seem to find a way to change it, can someone please help. When I got to change payment settings it just comes up with other credit cards.
