Hi there. We rent out our Marylebone apartment on Airbnb when we travel and have been using various managing hosts to let people in and answer questions. We have never really found the ideal managing agent and so we are now managing bookings ourselves. We have a lockbox but ideally we'd like someone to be there to greet guests upon arrival and on call for emergencies. We DON'T need anyone to clean, change bedding etc as our cleaner can do that but she is not local and her English is not that proficient.

I was wondering if there were two or three hosts in Marylebone who could have each others' keys and be on-call should something untoward happen?
