Misclassified?

Misclassified?

I have this guest. Somehow she managed to stay for two nights for only $75. Normal price would have been $330.

1. She rented for 5 weeks. We made her a great discount 40%. We were so happy!

2. She arrived one night before, 2:00 am. I wake up to welcome her. We accepted it with no aadditional cost because she was going to stay for so long.

3. After the first free night, she says our apartment is misclassified, dirty, with blood in the kitchen, a/c makes noises.... she is staying one night because she couldn’t find a hotel.

4. Airbnb changes my calendar and she is staying for $73.

5. I checked, there are plenty of hotels available....

5. Airbnb is not answering my calls.

I checked the cleaning it was perfect. I’ve been host for 2,5 years, I have 4.9 stars and 80 evaluations, dozens  of people have stayed in that apartment. What should I do?

You may have stumbled on a very sophisticated hustler. Her booking history would easily show (to anyone that cares at Airbnb) her pattern; book for 'long', enjoy the discounts and then enter Act 2 (the victim role).
