Missing Payout

We were due a payout to our PayPal account but chose to receive it in dollars.  However our Paypal account was in Euros and the money doesn't seem to be there.  Like others I can't find any contact details for Air BnB.  Although we live in France we are British and would prefer a UK based/English language response. The house let was in the UK.

Go back to the reservation. You should be able to get to it through your inbox. Find the message thread from the guest and click it. It should show the reservation details. Then, you should be able to choose change/cancel. Try to cancel, but you won't be able to because the reservation is in the past, but you should instead see a phone number to contact customer support.
