I am looking for a private room in Barcelona with these requirements

non-smoking

quiet at night

bathroom not shared by more than 1 person in the morning

working internet is a must!

close to Mobile World Congress (Fira Gran Via exhibition center)

under 30 USD per night  

please state how far from MWC by taxi and by metro

must have heat!

I would like to know what are the best nieghborhoods to stay during this congress   thank you

Barcelona sell out for this event and prices escalate.  You need to take what you can find within your budget. I do not think you will find anywhere without heating.

Two years ago I spent my birthday in Barcelona - it coincides with my birthday AND with half term holidays throughout Europe.  I booked my place 9 months in advance.
