@Michelle213 Airbnb starts the payment process 24 hours after the guest arrives. Depending on your payout method it can then take 5 days or so days to reach your account (depending on weekends, bank holidays etc). If you have set up your payout method correctly you don't need to contact Airbnb to get paid.
