Multiple rooms

Hi, I host at Casa Madiba in Camaguey, Cuba. First, let me tell you that AirBnB is a gift from heaven due to the possibilities that this tool offers. I do have a problem with my listing and the booking options. I have a large house with 8 rooms, each with two beds. But what should I do when I have a group booking... do they book one and pay the rest upon arrival? Do I set separate listings? Please advice.

@Casa-Madiba0 You can do it 1 of two ways. Set up a listing for each room or set up a listing for the entire place.

If each room has a bathroom facilty then you could do each room. And if it didn't creat an uncomfortable atmosphere by having strangers share a home. 

I  might suggest you set it up for 1 or two people, then charge an additional fee for the next people after that. I don't know what a rate for that would be in your area but some are at $15 - 25 dollars after the first 2 people.  You would have to make it clear that the first 2 people would  be in the same room, if that infact  that is what you want. So that you don't have 2 people booking and end up using 2 rooms, which makes more cleaing and laundry for you.

I have 2 rooms, a single and a double en suite.

How do I get a seperate calendar for each room?.

@Sandria0  you need to make two completely different listings.  One listing is for your single, the next listing is for your double.   You can then make a THIRD listing for the times when you want to rent the double and the single to the same group.   Having each listing separately means that you have a separate calendar for each. 

If you decide to make a third listing for the combined "two rooms" then you have to be very careful with the calendar, as you'll have to block off the third listing every time someone books one of the two individual rooms.
