My Base Price Keeps Being Increased

I am getting feed up with Airbnb increasing my base price.  I have had this happen 3 times now and every time I report it I am told it is iether a technical hitch or currency exchange rate.  Both of these excuses are a nonsense.  After a period of time it is reverted to my correct base price but I will loose guests in the meantime as they may be looking for cheaper accommodation.  Airbnb have told me they have a number of complaints relating to the same problem.  Has anybody else had this happen and are you like me getting a bit suspicious of the circumstances behind it.

Your listings shows a base price of GBP 49,-per night at this moment. I assume you are not using Smart pricing ?

Please note: in the search system recently the price shown to guests includes the fees. For example for 1 night it shows: £ 62,-  (includes £ 5,- cleaning fee, £ 8,- Guest service fee).

@Jennifer1609, make sure you haven't got Smart Pricing switched on - this is the only way this should happen.
