Hi 

Can someone please check out my listing named "City Townhouse with Two Car Spaces and a Private Spa" and let me know if my listing is clear on additional guests/extra floor mattress pricing?

My house have 3 queen beds for 6 guests, I am happy to provide 2 additional floor mattresses for up to 2 additonal guest at $30 per night per mattress.

However recently I have a guest claiming this is not clear. She made a confirm booking for only 1 guest, but message me saying she has 6 guests and asked for additional 2 mattress expecting no extra cost.

@Yee0 Hi Yee, Your listing is quite specific! Your apartment is listed as accommodating 8 people! You state that your tarrif is for 6 people accommodated in 3 queen size beds, and you also state that additional people can be allowed for in relocatable beds for an additional $30 per mattress per night.

I cannot see any ambiguity in your listing, and I would suggest this guests is using the time honoured 'bartering' system in order to get something for nothing. How you approach this is up to you Yee, but you are absolutely clear with your listing as to what you offer...cheers....Rob
