Greetings!
I have four AirBnB listings for different rooms in the same home. When I do a search, as if I were a traveler, only two of the listings appear. How do I make sure the travelers can see all my listings?
Thanks!
I have this same problem if anyone has an answer 🙂
For the past week, many listings in our area have not being showing up, at all.
The only listings that appear are those that allow for Instant Book.
The problem occurs on all several different browsers, including Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.
I have reported it to the help staff and as they were able to see the listings at their end, I don't feel they took the complaint seriously.
The oddest aspect of this is that the problem is sporadic. At times all listings show up, at other times they don't.
They asked that if I know of other hosts having the same issue, as you appear to be, that they call in to airbnb to report it.
Today, all listings are showing but this has not been consistent for the past seven days.
I was assured that if a higher number of complaints are phoned in, they will better understand that this is a serious issue.
Thank you, Judith.
Can you please provide the phone number to call AirBnB? It is not easy to contact them.
Thanks,
Nancy
BTW, I have found that AirBnB randomly turns on the "instant book" filter for travelers. The search works better for my sites with the filter turned off (because I do not allow instant book), but it is still not 100% complete.

I also have same problem. We have been hosting for 2 years successfully seeing our listing when we do a search and suddenly now when we search , our home nor any of the 3 bedrooms listed separately come up.
What is going on?
