I just came across this. I have not received anything about how to register from AirBnB.  Is this currently being challenged in court? What will the registration process be through the AirBnb platform?

Looks like supply is going to be low and demand will be high. If they are going to limit my rentals to 120 / year LA hosts simply have to double their rates.
